THESE ARE VARIOUS THICKNESS HEAD LINERS FOR SHOEI GT AIR HELMETS TO ALLOW A CUSTOMISED FIT.

The letter before the number signifies which size helmet the lining is for and the number behind the letter is the thickness of the lining. For example, a GT Air in Medium comes with an M9 as standard. If the helmet is too tight then the M5 would make it a bigger fit.
