We guarantee we won’t be beaten on price. Whenever you shop with us at RaceLeathers, we want you to be completely satisfied with the product and service.

Price Promise Terms and Conditions

If you have seen a product cheaper elsewhere then please get in touch with us. If your claim is valid we will then send you a special offer code to use on our website within 2 days of issue that will reduce the price of the item in your basket to beat the competitor.

We will then do the following within 2 days Monday-Friday exc. Bank Holidays:-

1. Price promise only applies to competitors based in the UK.
2. We cannot try to beat any overseas retailers or anyone selling in any currencies other than GBP, UK sellers listings in currencies other than GBP or converted to GBP from another currency.
3. Price promise only applies to competitors that have the product in stock and ready to ship. RaceLeathers will not consider beating retailers selling out of stock products.
4. Price promise only applies against prices available to all of the general public without any additional actions or memberships and does not include members only prices or offers.
5. We will only price beat items on a like for like basis. The item on the competitors site must match the product we are selling in model, colour and size.
6. Price promise cannot be used in conjunction with our other offers.
7. Price promise can only be used by UK customers shipping to a UK address excluding the Channel Islands.
8. We can only look to beat genuine VAT registered businesses and will not beat illegal or fake websites (and there are quite a lot of them). Links will be checked against a list of sites selling counterfeits or fake websites. Before you complete the form, please make sure you have found the best price as we will only consider beating an item once per item/customer. Price promise is applied to the total order value. The product plus delivery costs. For example if a competitor is selling a helmet for £46.00 plus £3.95 postage we will ship the item to you for £49.95 Your unique price promise discount code will be valid for three days from the time we email it to you and can only be used once by yourself for the product you have specified.
   
9. Raceleathers reserve the right to deny the Price Match Promise if that results in RaceLeathers losing money on the transaction.
