The Klim Badlands Pro is a flagship ADV motorcycle trouser built for long-distance adventure riding in all conditions. Redesigned with optimised fabric layouts, improved ventilation, more functional storage and better mobility, it combines a 3-layer Gore-Tex Pro shell with D3O Aero Pro CE Level 2 armour and Superfabric ceramic overlays on the knees. CE-AA certified to EN 17092-3.

Shell and Construction

3-layer Gore-Tex Pro shell with Gore’s Guaranteed to Keep You Dry™ promise. Custom-engineered variable-density Superfabric ceramic print overlays on the knees provide best-in-class abrasion resistance. Highly abrasion-resistant 630D Karbonite ripstop panels protect key impact areas, with optimised 400D and 200D fabric layouts in the main body. Leather on the inner knees adds grip and protection. 3M Scotchlite reflective material and BiMotion recognition improve low-light visibility. YKK Vislon water-resistant zippers throughout.

Armour System

Klim Aero Pro D3O CE Level 2 vented hip and knee armour as standard. Knee armour is adjustable. Limb- and side-specific pad shapes optimise coverage and stability in a crash.

Ventilation

Two thigh intake vents, two thigh exhaust vents and two lower leg side vents — six vents in total — provide effective airflow management for warm-weather riding.

Storage

Two thigh billowed cargo pockets with internal organiser compartments in the left-hand pocket. External Molle-compatible thigh utility panel for additional attachment options.

Fit and Comfort

Articulated seamless crotch gusset for full mobility. Klimatek cooling mesh armour pad pockets and back-of-knee panel. Moisture-wicking Polygiene anti-odour liner. Velcro adjustable waist straps, two quick-adjust knee straps, zipper and snap adjustable bottom hem, waterproof front zipper gusset, jacket-to-pant zip connection and rider-position articulation. Fits over off-road boots.
