Built using HJC’s Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M. EVO), the RPHA 12 incorporates advanced reinforcement materials including Carbon-Aramid hybrid and natural fibres. This construction delivers enhanced shock resistance while keeping weight to a minimum, resulting in superior comfort and protection.

Aerodynamic Design for High-Speed Stability

The sleek, race-developed shell shape improves aerodynamic efficiency and stability at maximum speeds. Combined with an enlarged eye port, the design enhances peripheral vision and rider awareness, contributing to confident performance in aggressive riding conditions.

Advanced Ventilation and Climate Control

HJC’s Advanced Channelling Ventilation System (ACS) uses four intake vents to maximise airflow and three exhaust vents to expel warm air. Side exhaust vents help remove exhaled air and reduce wind noise, supporting defogging and comfort during high-intensity riding.

Visor System and Visibility

The RPHA 12 features a Pinlock® ready HJ-42 visor with 99 % UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. A two-way pivot ratchet system provides smooth adjustment and improved sealing. The helmet is supplied with both a clear and light smoke visor, allowing quick adaptation to changing light conditions.

Comfort, Safety and Emergency Features

A 3D interior design ensures a secure, stable fit, while advanced anti-bacterial fabric enhances moisture wicking and quick drying. Reflective trimming on the cheek pads improves visibility in low-light conditions. An emergency cheek-pad pull tab system allows quick and safe helmet removal if required.
