The HJC i91 Dusk is a modern system helmet designed with touring and cruising riders in mind, delivering an excellent balance of comfort, practicality and style. Thanks to its modular construction, it can be worn as a full-face helmet for maximum protection or flipped open to create an open-face configuration for added convenience.

Modular Versatility with Dual Homologation

Featuring dual homologation (P / J), the i91 is approved for use in both closed and open configurations. The adjustable polycarbonate chin bar is lightweight and ergonomically designed using advanced CAD technology, providing comfort and confidence whether riding long distances or enjoying relaxed cruising.

Advanced Polycarbonate Construction

The helmet is built using an Advanced Polycarbonate Composite shell, offering a strong yet lightweight structure. Three shell sizes are used across the size range to optimise weight distribution and comfort, while CFD-programmed shell design enhances aerodynamic performance for a smoother, more stable ride.

Visor and Sun Shield System

The i91 Dusk is equipped with a Pinlock® ready HJ-33 visor, providing 99 % UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. A Pinlock® insert is included as standard to help prevent fogging. The dynamic multi-step internal sun shield allows precise adjustment for changing light conditions, improving visibility and rider comfort.

Comfortable Interior and Everyday Practicality

A 3D contour interior design ensures a secure and comfortable fit, even for riders who wear glasses, thanks to integrated glasses grooves. The moisture-wicking interior lining is fully removable and washable, helping keep the helmet fresh for everyday use. Reflective trim enhances visibility in low-light conditions.

Connectivity Ready

The HJC i91 Dusk is compatible with second-generation SMART HJC Bluetooth systems, allowing communication units to be added easily for touring and group riding.
