Advanced Polycarbonate Construction

The i80 Roki features an Advanced Polycarbonate Compound (APC) shell, developed by blending high-grade polycarbonate with ABS in an optimal ratio. This construction delivers strong impact resistance while keeping overall weight low, ensuring comfort during long-distance and multi-surface adventure rides.

Modular Adventure Versatility

Combining the protection of a full-face helmet with the convenience of an open-face design, the i80’s chin bar can be flipped up as required. Ride with full-face protection when the chin bar is down, or enjoy open-face convenience when stationary or riding at lower speeds. The removable peak visor allows the helmet to be configured for full adventure use or converted to a more aerodynamic road-focused profile.

Advanced Ventilation Performance

HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) utilises top vents and two-step lower vents to create full front-to-back airflow. This system efficiently flushes heat and humidity out of the helmet, helping maintain comfort during demanding riding conditions.

Visor and Sun Shield System

The i80 Roki is equipped with a Pinlock® ready HJ-44 visor, offering 99 % UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. A dark smoke internal sun shield comes pre-installed for instant glare reduction. The peak visor has been wind tunnel tested and refined using advanced CFD technology to ensure stability and reduced drag, even at higher speeds.

Comfortable Interior and Fit

The interior features moisture-wicking materials and 3D contour cheek pads for improved comfort and stability. Crown and cheek pads are fully removable and washable, with cheek pads interchangeable across all sizes. Integrated glasses grooves provide a comfortable fit for riders who wear eyewear.

Safety and Practical Features

Supplied with both a Pinlock® insert and chin curtain as standard, the i80 Roki delivers enhanced comfort straight out of the box. A micro buckle fastening system provides secure, quick-release operation, and the helmet is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty of up to three years from the date of purchase.
