This Jacket gives the flexability to be able to remove the Thermal Lining and the Waterproofing Lining as seperate items, hence the 3 in 1 title. So if the weather is cold, hot, wet or all 3 during your ride, you have the adjustability in the jacket to cope with the climatic changes.
