Developed entirely to meet the latest safety standards, the E2 is not a reworked touring helmet, but a purpose-built flip-front adventure helmet designed to perform equally well on the motorway, back roads, and light off-road terrain.

Certified Safety and Modular Construction

The Schuberth E2 is fully certified to ECE 22.06 and features P/J double homologation, allowing it to be used legally and safely in both open and closed configurations. This makes it ideal for adventure riders who frequently switch between riding styles and environments.

The shell is manufactured using SCHUBERTH’s patented Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) technology, producing a Composite shell that delivers exceptional impact performance while keeping overall weight low.

Advanced Impact Absorption and Interior Comfort

The E2 features a newly developed dual-density EPS liner, with separate densities in the main impact zone and the sides of the helmet. This improves shock absorption while increasing internal head cavity for enhanced long-distance comfort.

The seamless interior lining is made from premium Italian fabrics and is OEKO-TEX® 100 certified. The interior is fully removable, washable, and designed to support extended touring and adventure riding.

Aerodynamics, Noise Control, and Ventilation

Developed extensively in SCHUBERTH’s in-house wind tunnel, the E2 delivers excellent aerodynamic stability and controlled aeroacoustics – even with the peak fitted. Patented turbolators and refined airflow channels help reduce turbulence and rider fatigue.

A multi-channel ventilation system ensures strong airflow through the helmet while integrated insect protection keeps air intakes clear during adventure riding.

Peak, Visor, and Visibility

The Schuberth E2 is supplied with an adjustable 3-position peak that can also be fully removed, allowing the helmet to be configured for adventure, touring, or road-focused use.

The visor system delivers outstanding optical clarity and adaptability in changing light conditions.

Communication System – Important Information

Speakers, cable harness, and radio antenna are pre-installed inside the helmet, allowing a compatible SCHUBERTH / Sena communication system to be fitted in under 20 seconds.

The optional communication system must be purchased separately.
