Modular Versatility with Dual Homologation

Featuring dual homologation (P / J), the i91 Felio is approved for use in both closed and open positions. The adjustable polycarbonate chin bar is lightweight and ergonomically designed using advanced CAD technology, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit in either configuration.

Advanced Polycarbonate Construction

Built with an Advanced Polycarbonate Composite shell, the i91 delivers a strong yet lightweight structure. Three shell sizes are used across the full size range to optimise weight distribution and comfort, while CFD-programmed shell design improves aerodynamic performance for a smoother and more stable ride.

Visor and Sun Shield System

The i91 Felio is equipped with a Pinlock® ready HJ-33 visor, providing 99 % UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. A Pinlock® insert is included as standard to help prevent fogging. The dynamic multi-step internal sun visor allows easy adjustment to suit changing light conditions, improving visibility and comfort.

Comfortable Interior and Everyday Practicality

A 3D contour interior design ensures a comfortable and secure fit, even for riders who wear glasses, thanks to integrated glasses grooves. The moisture-wicking interior lining is fully removable and washable, helping keep the helmet fresh for regular use. Reflective trim adds extra visibility in low-light conditions.

Connectivity Ready

The HJC i91 Felio is compatible with second-generation SMART HJC Bluetooth systems, allowing communication units to be fitted easily for touring and group riding.
